Problem with driver

I'm sorry for using a translator.
When I try to update the drivers for my graphics card, I get the message - "components are already installed." When I thoroughly uninstall the drivers and then install them again, also getting the same message. When I will install an older version of the drivers, everything works fine. Unfortunately, windows update install update and each time I start my computer I receives a strange notification - "Your hardware settings have changed. Please reboot your computer for these changes to take effect". I blocked the updates but it is not the solution to the problem. Please help.
