Failed to run the drivers to the point of putting windows on blue screen

Discussion created by danieldeguesmüller on Feb 11, 2017

The video drivers on my graphics card have been corrupted constantly whenever I am watching a video stream on the internet generating blue screen on windows, whenever I am using the internet browsers "WattMan" stops working and it locks my computer for a period Until the software acknowledges the failure and restarts the video services.

Since version 16.12 of Crimerson I have not been able to update the drivers because windows indicates that it is not compatible with windows 7 64 bits.

I've always used AMD products, but I'm starting to dislike it because I paid relatively dearly for a product that is not working well, I would like a solution to the problem, before I take more drastic measures and never end up using products of this brand.

Follows the specifications of my computer

Radeon Software Version - 16.12.2

Radeon Software Edition - Crimson ReLive

AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390 Graphics

Chipset Memory Size - 8192 MB

Memory Type - GDDR5

Internal clock - 1010 MHz

Windows version - Windows 7 (Service Pack 1) (64 bit)

System Memory - 8 GB

CPU Type - AMD FX (tm) -8350 eight-core processor

Remembering, such problems began to appear after the upgrade to the Crimerson version.
