My computer info:

  • Radeon HD 7450 1 GB DDR3
  • HP HPE H8-1234
  • Windows 10 64bit

  • Dell monitor connected with standard monitor cable
  • ViewSonic 1080p HD via HDMI
  • Motherboard: M3970AM-HP (Angelica 2)
  • CPU/APU: AMD 6 dore FX 6120 3.49ghz x64
  • Power Supply Unit: the 300w internal ATX that comes standard
  • RAM: 24 GB DDR3

I upgraded to windows 10 several months ago and have had no issues. Came home yesterday to the BSOD. Went through multiple suggestions and all have failed. I am currently using the native display adapter and it works on the Dell monitor and things are okay. If I install AMD display drivers then it goes back to the atikmpag.sys TDR blue screen, where it collects data, restarts, does it again, restarts and lets you go to the advanced tools. I have tried system restore. I cannot roll back to an earlier version at this point, I tried the legacy beta crimson driver and the suggested driver and have done a full uninstall/reinstall of both. Also happens if I leave catalyst control center installed but remove the display driver.

Anything else I can try.?If not what is the best way to upgrade?
