I'm running Windows 10 x64 with an R5 240. The machine is a Dell Optiplex 9010 with Intel i7-3770 and 16GB of RAM.
I have a Dell U2410 connected via DisplayPort running at its max resolution of 1920x1200.
I also have a Dell U2713HM connected via a DVI-D Dual Link cable that I can't get to go past 1920x1200. This monitor's native resolution is 2560x1440.
When I go to Adapter Properties on the R5 240 and select "List All Modes," 1920x1200 is the highest resolution listed which leads me to believe it's something with the adapter configuration.
I'm running the latest Crimson ReLive software/drivers v17.1.2.
How can I get the U2713HM to run at its native resolution? I've verified that the DVI cable is in fact DVI-D dual link.
A colleague says that the video card simply isn't capable of running two monitors with one at 1440p. If so, is this documented somewhere?
The R5 240 is only available as an OEM option from different system integrators. As such, the final implemented feature set will be decided by the system builder.
I would recommend you contact Dell to determine what output resolutions are supported by your device.
