Hi there, I just got a new XFX Radeon RX 480 graphics card. It is an 8GB model. Added the card to my mother board, installed the driver through the AMD driver software. Tried to launch the game and once in game, the screen flickers. I tried 3 different games. Albion Online, Counter Strike Global Offensive and Black Desert Online. When I try to run Counter Strike, the AMD software crashes and shows an error, loading is extremely slow as well(see image 2). Results are same with Albion Online and Black Desert Online. First I thought it could be my monitor(did not have a driver installed, but I installed it and it is recognized in my Device Manager). Here are the specs to my pc and the screenshots as well, the screenshots don't seem that bad but, the flickering is pretty bad. I also tried a bench-marking software to test the graphics card, the issue is same. Any input and help would is much appreciated.

Motherboard:Biostar Hi-Fi h81s2

CPU: Intel Pentium G3220 @ 3.00GHz

RAM: 8GB of DDR3-1600 (4x2)

PSU: EVGA Supernova 750W(80 plus bronze)

OS: Win 10-64 bit

Graphics Driver: 17.1.2

Monitor: Philips 244e (244E1SB/27 - the model number) connected through HDMI, 1920x1080, not sure about the refresh rate, most likely 60hz, the monitor is fairly old.

Edit: I reinstalled the AMD software and the driver completely. Tried different HDMI Cables. The issue persists
