AMD 16.12 Driver and newer not working on notebook

After update to 16.12.2 Windows wasn't capable to detect the hardware.

I had to back up for 16.10.1 and for the last update before 16.12 (16.11.5).

I even try to install the Beta driver 17.1.1... Same problem. "AMD Software wasn't capable to find a AMD graphic card".

I think it's a driver problem.

I made the update as every update I made, with the new driver notification on Radeon software and downloading over it. As I hadn't problems before this time, this is why I think is a driver issue.

So... Will this "new generation" of AMD Radeon drivers work on notebook someday?
