Those GPUs are not meant for driving displays. They are server grade number crunching GPUs,in the sense that they are not used for games,they are used for weather simulation, financial predictions, cancer protein research and so on.

I repeat it: (with all installed drivers on a compatible operating system and hardware configuration) if there is no physical output ports on the videocard (like S9150 or S9170), is it possible to pick up a signal from video ports of the motherboard?
For example: draw something in SketchUp and make render with connection of discrete card (like S9150 or S9170), is it possible to get finished result from dvi/hdmi output of motherboard port or not?
Those are SERVER compute cards and you are supposed to have a onboard video to get display, however keep in mind those boards are not meant for applications like Sketchup
