Would you please take a look at https://craigelectronics.net/product/9-windows-8-1-tablet-w-keyboard-case-16gb-storage-cmp801sp/ , where it says this tablet is equipped with an Intel Atom Z3735G processor. Even though is processor is 64-bit capable, but firmed with 32-bit UEFI firmware, no 64-bit applications could work on this tablet. As to such sort of tablets, I asked Microsoft for 64-bit support, the reply is negative, no 64-bit support would be supported without 64-bit UEFI firmware provided by the manufacturers.
Also per Amazon.com : Craig Electronics CMP801SP 8.95" Tablet : Computers & Accessories , AMD A8-4500M processor is mentioned there. But I guess that they might possibly make a mistake, because 32W TDP processor is hard to fit such a tablet computer. If you have further questions about it, I suggest you to inquire such information from the vendors, that would be much more helpful.
