crimson relive 17.1.1 drivers wont allow my monitor to run at the correct resolution

Upgraded to Crimson Relive 17.1.1 using a Radeon 7850 on a windows 10 PC running AMD FX8530 CPU , Default resolution of

monitor is 1680 x 1050 the driver selects 1600 x 1200 and the default resolution isn't available , in previous versions of Crimson

i've entered the CCC and set the correct resolution there, however this option is no longer available in 17.1.1

there is an option to generate a custom resolution however i spent 2 days attempting to use it and didnt succeed in the end

i had to revert to 16.7.1 which still has the CCC availble and set my resolution correctly.

So the question is How do you set a resolution within the crimson relive drivers that isnt available in the software but is the default

      for the monitor
