My computer won't detect my AMD graphics card in device manager

I don't know if this is the right place, but I got a Radeon HD 6350 for christmas and I tried putting it in my computer and my device manager won't detect it.

Here are my PC specs if anyone needs them. (I know it's bad. I'm not old enough to get a job.)

Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 220 processor 2.80 GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (3.25 GB usable)

      System type: 64-bit Operating System

Graphics (Integrated): GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

      Power Supply: 220W

      Computer Model: EL1352G

      OS: Windows 7

      I'm pretty sure that's all.

      Solutions I've already tried:

Installing AMD drivers (but not uninstalling NVIDIA drivers)

BIOS (I'm pretty sure I checked all of it)

Upgrading my power supply (but downgrading immediately because my PC wouldn't start at all)
