Continue to get the following error when shutting down only!

      amd:ccc-aemcapturingwindow: Radeonsetting.exe - Application Error

The instructions at 0x0000000000623a2924 reference memory at 0x000001a47c01aed8. the Memory could not be read

Click to terminate the program - OK

This error prevents windows shutdown until OK is pressed. I have updated drivers, uninstalled drivers, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled, updated...

Nothing is working.     I have had this issue for lets say about 1 month now, it is sporadic as well.  There is no single game that it does it do ever time. there is no game i recently installed a month ago that started the problem.

I am getting very frustrated as i am unable an answer for this issue when searching online and forums.

#1 answer is reinstall drivers.. number one response - Tried that didn't work!
