17.1.1 Driver Installation not working (RX480)

When I click on installing the new driver in the new control center, it asks me if I want to close the control center and open the AMD software. But when I click "yes", the control center will not shut down, and the AMD software will not start. What can I do to solve this?

I already had this problem with a earlier driver and solved it that way: Cleanly deinstalled all drivers with the "clean uninstall" software in safe mode, then installed the driver I wanted to install. But i dont want to do this every time i encounter this problem.

Additional Info:

Driver Signature Enforcement is disabled (since I've already had an "error 99")

I already downloaded the complete version of the control center (500mb) instead of the quick installation software (like 50mb)

I'm using Windows 10 home (OEM)
