I entered the code for redemption of Civ 6 on the 6th of January and still not received my key.
I have contacted support and they asked for receipt of purchase - 10/01/2017. I sent it back asap. Please advise steps or do I wait?

Have you applied from Europe ? If so, they have a temporary shortage of Civ VI keys and will receive a fresh batch early next week.
