Hello and thank you for your answer.
I always use DDU to uninstall before every new drivers installation ; I did it as well for all those drivers I tried (from November until now) without results
My system :
OS : Windows 10 x64
GPU : AMD Sapphire R9 Fury Tri-X - Drivers : 16.12.2
Display : Samsung KS7500 - 3840x2160 @60hz + Club3D active DP > HDMI 2.0 adapter
MB : Asus Rampage IV Extreme - Latest Bios
CPU : Intel i7 3730k OC 3.2ghz > 4ghz
PSU : Cooler Master SilentPro 1000w
RAM : 16go DDR3
1.Try to reconnect adapter to GPU (and change DP output) ,reconnect adapter to HDMI cable, reconnect HDMI cable to display
2.Try some old drivers for experiment 16.9.2 or 16.7.3 Previous
3.If none of steps 1 and 2 can help, then you need to try another HQ adapter or another HQ HDMI 2.0 cable or try to lower refresh rate.
4.Show me Radeon settings>Display and Radeon settings>Preferences>Additional settings
5.Also you can try 17.1.1 driver Windows 10 (64-bit)
