    Pc freezes wen to boots

    mussoniu

      Hello!

First, I'm going to put the pc I have:

Motherboard: Asus Crosshair V Formula Z
      CPU: FX-9590
      Graphics: Asus EAH 6950
RAM: Kingston Hyper X Savage 8GB (Single Module)
      Power supply: Corsair RM1000i
      Cooling: Corsair H80i GT

I will try to give you as much information as possible, so that you have the maximum content to help me.

All parts except the graphics are new this year, buy them in July. The chart is 7 or 8 years old.

When I received the parts, I mounted them and reinstalled Windows 10. After having installed drivers and others, enter Bios to activate the D.O.C.P and thus put the profile of the ram to 2400Mhz. With the surprise that, upon rebooting, the PC froze without reaching the desktop during the load screen with the ROG (Republic of Gamer) symbol, so I tried smaller frequencies, until I saw that I was not allowed to exceed 1800mhz .

Then I got in touch with the Asus technical service, with which I was on the phone for about an hour testing manual configurations, as the technician told me that the DOCP profile activates an automatic overclocking and there might be some component that caused some incompatibility . Finally, we came up with one with a ram configuration that let me have the ram at 2400Mhz and start the pc quietly, being able to use it and other, play and without any problem, summarizing I put the ram to 2400 Mhz manually, without the profile D.O.C.P.

Looking at the differences of doing it manually to do it through the DOCP profile, I saw that the latencies and voltage were exactly the same, plus the ones I put manually matched those provided by Kingston for my RAM, with one small difference, doing it manually there Two parameters that do not change, the CPU Ratio stays in Auto and the BCLK Frequency also, when the DOCP mode is activated, the CPU Ratio changes to 23.5 and the BCLK Frequency changes to 200.

I would like to be able to find out what is wrong so that the PC freezes with D.O.C.P.

I have tried porner captures, but being a very recent account in the forum does not allow me.

I'm pretty lost with all this, I wish you could help me or give me some information.

I hope I did not extend too much, but wanted to provide as much information.

I thank you in advance for all the information you can give me or the simple fact of taking some time to read me.
