Unable to connect a fourth monitor

I have recently bought an LG 25UM58, and had intended to use it as a 4th display on my machine.

Whenever I try to connect it, I get the following error:

It reads "The display settings could not be saved. Please try a different combination of display settings."

I have attempted the following, and have not had any luck:

Brought the original 3 monitors down to 800x600 and attempted to connect it, same error.

Set my main 3 into an eyefinity group, then tried to connect it, same error.

I have an XFX Fury X for my display adapter, which is supposed to support 6 monitors.

The new monitor is connected by HDMI.

If any other information is useful, I would be happy to provide.

Note: I have made a post asking Micriosoft for help, as I suspected it was their fault. They have reffered me to AMD.
