Is a Be Quiet! Darkrock Pro with 120 TDP CPU Cooler causing my AMD FX 8320 CPU which has 125 TDP to throttle?

I recently upgraded the from a stock cooler of AMD to an aftermarket cooler from be quiet. I was concerned about the TDP of the cooler that I was about to buy. So I seeked help from Linustechtips forums. I was told that there would be no issues as long as I don't attempt to overclock it. I have installed the aftermarket cooler now and haven't overclocked it and my problem is that I've been facing some GPU throttling while gaming which recults to a terrible fps drop. I'm sure this is not thermal throttling because the temps never get abover 72 degree celsius. I've tried reinstalling the drivers but the throttling happens from time to time.

I'm not a professional, so I wonder if I made a mistake while choosing the aftermarket cooler for my CPU.

There are the parts in my PC.
