Is there (or will) a way to install Ubuntu 16.04 LTS drivers for Radeon hd 7670M?

I doubt that will be new updates for your GPU
Your video card has a legacy status since march 2016

  (When I was with 14.04 LTS, I use "AMD Catalyst™ 15.9 Proprietary Ubuntu 14.04 x86_64 Video Driver for Graphics Accelerators", so my 2 video card where used, but now, 16.04, the distribution is not supported. Only the intel driver is available. Its going to stay like this ?)

    I don't know for sure, but it is unlikely that hd 7670M will receive any driver update in future.
    If you cannot install old driver "AMD Catalyst™ 15.9 Proprietary Ubuntu 14.04 x86_64 Video Driver for Graphics Accelerators"(not so old actually),then you may revert to 14.04 LTS
    because it will be the only option to use your GPU on full capacity
