What process node is Zen being produced on?

Question asked by os2wiz on Dec 29, 2016

The reason I am asking this is that the conventional theory is Ryzen is produced on 14nm LPP node of Global Foundries. But recently someone postulated it could be a different 14nm HP mode from Samsung that was introduced earlier this year and licensed by GF. If it is a higher performance node than !4 LPP the frequency of the chip could be higher than expected and overclock could be higher.  14LPP has a narrow range of good performance before a thermal wall is reached according to industry engineers that have posted on some forums. Also is the enthusiast version of 8 core Ryzen specified at 95 watt TDP at its base frequency or is at a higher rating at its base frequency? I do not think AMD revealed such information.
