Same issue here when setting the replay buffer to 10+ min, but instead of ReLive software crashing the notification area in the top right corner says "Replay on" several times with a few minute intervals. This results in the cache folder ("replay_cache") not being properly cleaned up which can take up a lot of disk space.
I'm using the hotkeys instead of the Relive menu (hotkeys does not always register, another issue).

I tried setting it to 5 minutes. I was able to save 4 replays during the first match.
During the next matches Instant Replay was crashing on save again.

I have installed Windows 10 from scratch and installed Crimson 17.1.1 driver and the problem does not occur any more.
I still have the same problem, occur on both 16 and 17.1.1 I first had 16.something driver and thought to reinstall before complaining anywhere but still having the same problem even on 17.1.1 driver.
The longer the replay is, the more time it takes it to respond on save command and if it's like 10 min or more it just crashes and i get same response as thomjohn. It reappear in top right corner as it was just turned on.
