I recently went to install my processor. I put it on the motherboard pushing down the handle, it was facing the right direction then lowerd the handle and it was sitting secure on the motherboard. I went and put the heatsink down ontop and had to lift the heat sink and replace it back down. When lifting the heatsink the processor came up with the heatsink stuck to the thermal grease and some pins came out of the processor, while others bent. Would this be coverd by the warrenty since the product was being installed correctly, and it was an issue with the heatsink pulling up the processor?
