Windows 10 reset lost Catalyst Control Center

I factory reset my laptop but now AMD catalyst control center is not available. I have updated all my drivers through AMD and thought that it would have been configured/installed or whatever but that has not happened. I am pretty sure my games are not able to use dual graphics due to the lack of Catalyst control center.

Here are some specs for my laptop:

AMD A10-8700P Radeon R6, 10 compute cores 4C + 6G

AMD Radeon(TM) R7 M360     .5 Gigabytes of ram

AMD Radeon R6 Graphics       2 Gigabytes of ram

second less important question:

Currently I have Radeon settings which tells me that the radeon R6 graphics chip is set as my main chip can I change this so the other one is my main one?

Anyways If I can get any help with my first question that would be great. I am not sure if i created a restore point or not but I would not like to do that, and would like to fix things as they are if that is possible.
