Flickering black squares - Sapphire RX 480 Nitro+ OC

My System:

Intel i7 - 6700

Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133

Sapphire Radeon RX 480 Nitro+ OC 8GB

MSI Gaming M5 Z170A

Acer G276HL (1920*1080@60hz) HDMI + Cintiq 21UX(1600*1200@60hz) DVI-D

EVGA 750W 80+ Gold

Windows 10 - 64bit

16.12.1 Drivers

My issues:
I've been experiencing some weird black squares flickering all over the place on my screen.  I have taken a video of the benchmark option for Rise of the Tomb Raider, located here:

Another issue I've been having is, texture flickering in the Witcher 3.  Here's the video of it:

Sapphire Radeon RX 480 - Problems #2 - YouTube

I have tried changing the visual quality of the game, but that doesn't matter.

This problem does go away if I toggle off the "boost" mode switch on my video card. The game Obduction also has a similar problem but if I toggle off the boost mode, the problem is resolved.

Things I've tried:

I've removed the drivers multiple times, using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).  I've also tried going back to an older version of the drivers, but the problem persists. I had a 960 GTX 2GB installed up until a few days ago, but I removed those drivers using DDU.

Games like Doom and Overwatch run problem free. No flickering, nothing.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
