xfx RX 480 artifacts/flickering when I start playing a game

I just bought and installed the rx 480 8gb (I'm newbie), I had to buy a power supply too, and I have a lot of flickering since the installation of the gpu and the psu (when playing games).

I done almost everything, check the drivers, check the monitor, first I throught it was something related to the gpu heat but it wasn't. Last thing I have to describe its that my PSU its kinda cheap, its a 800 w that it cost me around 50 dlls. Help I have no idea what to do.

Some some low requirement games( Garrys mod, Reign of kings ) don't cause this flickering.

This flickering rarely occurs on desktop.

- I had nvidia gpu before and I uninstalled all nvidia software.

-Also tried a lot AMD drivers, outdated and up-to-date ones.

*It's my cheap PSU? or my GPU is damaged?
