Here is what I have.

  • AMD Graphics Card
    • HD7850-DC2-2GD5-V2
  • Desktop or Laptop System
    • Desktop
  • Operating System
    • Windows 8.1 64bit
  • Driver version installed
    • Crimson ReLive Edition 16.12.1
  • Display Devices
    • I'm not sure what this is.
  • Motherboard
    • Gigabyte GA-H110M-A
    • i5 6600k @ 3.5 GHz
  • Power Supply Unit  Make, Model & Wattage
    • Corsair CX 600
  • RAM
    • 8GB

Describe your issue:

  • I installed Battlefield 1 but when I try to run it, it says that "[my] graphics card does not meet the minimum hardware requirements. It then blackscreens and quits working. I can provide additional information. I'm not too well versed with computers, but my system meets all of the minimum requirements and the graphics card issue is the only thing I can think of that is still preventing this program from running. Tried talking this over with EA support but they told me to ask around here, so any help at all would be amazing.
