    Monitor graphic horizontal flickering lines

    orkano

After installing drivers properly: I Used AMDcleanupUitlity and Display Driver Utility in safe mode (there was finally no older graphic drivers marks left)

Then, I installed AMD chipset drivers 16.12.1, rebooted, installed Radeon software drivers 16.12.1, rebooted.

Everything looked fine, I tested if I could open AMD Radeon Setting and open the section *Display* to see if my old issue was fixed and it was! (before, when opening Display section my two monitors would start opening and closing opening and closing in a no end loop, would have to reboot without a choice)

So alright, everything looks perfectly fine for over 2 hours until I decide to open windows Display Settings panel and change my 144Hz monitor into 60Hz to see if that weird red middle vertical line was still appearing, it was not. So I decide to get it back to 144Hz and as soon as I did that, the screen start to flicker graphical horizontal lines everywhere on the screen!

I rebooted my computer and it was still happening as soon as windows load up but way less annoying (happens every 1-2 secs or more when I'm typing on my keyboard or clicking with my mouse) I believe it have something to do with motherboard or graphic drivers but why did it only start when I changed my resolution? Since I have this new monitor, it's been a huge drama for me...)

I'm using Benq Xl2730z (freesync) in combo with my older GW2250 (which I've been owning for over 4 years and never had any issue with it even today)

Benq replaced my first XL2730z believing it had something to do with the display card inside the monitor (because it was reverting to 120/60Hz randomly and sometimes drastically switching to 480/200 resolution) but that new XL2730z they gave me (yes it's not the same...) was having the same issues and that's why I made sure my drivers were all good but I now have a new issue...

Please help me guys, anyone, I'm so desperate right now

Edit: I forgot to mention my AMD Radeon Settings do not appear anymore and Crimson Control Center do not appear in *Remove/uninstall* section of windows control center, there's only AMD installer

Edit 2: Eventually it stops (after 1 hour)

and sometimes AMD Radeon Settings do open and it stops (Still do before I log a windows account)

Edit 3: What is going on?? I now have a huge fps drop from 144 fps at all time to 20 and lower while playing Dirt Rally at lowest graphics... is my graphic card dead or what?

is my graphic card dead or what?

      Also, I'm now getting stupid results with aida64 memory and cache benchmark : latency for L1 = 1.2ns, L2 = 12ns, L3 = 48.0ns... wow 48!!! never been higher than 14 before...
