Unknow Devices - AMDAS4 is missing

Question asked by kikke on Dec 10, 2016

Hello

After updating my laptop to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 in the Device Manager appears in the Other Devices one called Unknow Device, with error 28 "The device drivers are not installed" and in the events it appears that it is AMDAS4, AMDAS.inf and Oem103.inf

How do I remove this error? Already probe reinstalling Radeon Software and nothing, in the page of drivers of HP there are no drivers for the chipset

My laptop has an HP 15 g039wm with an APU AMD A8 6410 with Radeon R5, when I had Win8.1 I used Radeon Software 16.9.2 after upgrading to Win10 install Radeon Software 16.12.1
