Specifically, which graphics card do I own?

Hello, I have been wondering since I bought this laptop (Lenovo Z50-75) which graphics card does it own. When I perform a scan on dxdiag, for instance, it says "AMD Radeon R7 Graphics", but no more relevant data. When I execute GPU-Z the name is the same as the above, the only added thing is GPU: "Spectre". This is the "lookup" link: AMD Radeon R7 Graphics | techPowerUp GPU Database

I have searched quite a lot on the Internet but I didn't found a specific model. The closest I got was AMD Radeon R7 200 series, which I believe is its correct name (but again, which specific model?). Knowing the exact name would help me download the drivers for this graphics card, but now I'm doing this more out of curiosity since I found suitable drivers on the R7 200 series.

I know this is a pretty vague and open question, but I don't have more information. I would appreciate it if you helped me find the model of my graphics card.

Thanks in advance.
