Seriously? All the new features skip the R9 270 but you support the R7 260?
How much do you need?

That's not an answer and doesn't even remotely begin to answer my question.
This is what I'm talking about:
Added support for AMD Radeon R9 Fury series, R9 390 series, R9 380 series, R9 290 series, R9 285, R9 260 series, R7 360, and R7 260 desktop graphics products
Provides a system requirement evaluation for Steam® games in your Radeon Settings library.
Lets look at those footnotes shall we?

7. Compatible with AMD Radeon™ R9 285, 290, 290X, 380, 390, 390X, R7 260, 260X, 360, R9 Fury series, and Radeon RX 400 series products with Windows® 7/8.1/10. Feature is not available worldwide and may not be available in your country or area.
No support for the R9 270X's on either of those features and the Upgrade adviser would have been nice. I have a XFX R9 270X 2GB GDDR5. It is an overclocked edition and I should at least AT LEAST have the WattMan full features on my card with these drivers. As of now I only have partial features for WattMan and no Upgrade Advisor.
Unfortunately, not all ASICS support all features.
R9 270/270X is based on old GCN1.0 architecture.
AMD Radeon™ R9 285, 290, 290X, 380, 390, 390X, R7 260, 260X, 360, R9 Fury based on GCN1.1/1.2/1.3 architecture and for new features minimum is GCN1.1 As you can see, not only your card is not supported.HD 7990/7979/7950/7870/7850/7770/7750 and R9 280X/280/ and some others are not supported for Radeon WattMan and Upgrade Advisor
