Computer turns off loading heavy games

Card name: AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390 Series

      Memory: 12288MB RAM (3x4gb corsair)

      Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.5GHz

      Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4  E80-3B023800932

      PSU: Corsair CX750

      DirectX Version: DirectX 12

      BIOS: P2.70

Most games works fine, but heavy games turns off the computer. I've already checked both cpu and gpu temperatures, the don't go above 45 degrees.

I've used memtest and it don't find any problems with the ram.

In the event log it says that:

      Log name: System

      Source: Kernel-Power

      Event id: 41

      Level: Critical

So, what could it be? The PSU? The motherboard?
