Windows 10 random black screen when updating drivers

Hello everyone,

I own a HD7970 3gb, and I have an issue. When I update my graphics drivers to the latest ones (today 16.11.4), a black screen appears randomly, like a standy, with "No signal" on it.

I've tried few things like using others drivers version, or switch HDMI cable/plug, but the problem is still here.

When I do a clean install of Windows 10, and update embedded drivers using Windows Update, no problems (version 16.6). Here is my config (when it works) :

Version logiciel Radeon - 16.6

Édition logiciel Radeon - Crimson

Jeu de puces graphiques - AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series

Taille de la mémoire - 3072 MB

Type de mémoire - GDDR5

Horloge du processeur - 1050 MHz

Version Windows - Windows 10 (64 bit)

Mémoire système - 16 GB

Type de CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz

So I can't update to the latest drivers, and it's annoying.

Can I try something you think I missed ?
