EDITED QUESTION.

Alright So I have new specs and everything now. I have tried everything, I air sprayed my entire case, I've reapplied thermal paste TWICE and its still idling at 178-182F and goes straight to 225F under load normally and then straight to 230 and auto shuts down.

I Believe it might just be at the end of its little life as I've had it for 4 years roughly and have been playing some pretty demanding games quite a lot throughout the years.  but any advice would be helpful (and it has all the air it needs. even my side panel is off and it brings the temp down a couple degrees I really don't know what's going on with it.)

specs

OS:windows 10

CPU:AMD FX-6300 6 core

Ram:6gb

Motherboard:MSI 970 GAMING (MS-7693)

Graphics: 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series (MSI)
