Hi,I'm trying to install the dedicated video card driver (R5 M330) HP15AC079NL on my laptop (running Windows 7 64bit).

cpu: Intel i7 5500U.

I was advised to follow these steps:

amdmatt "Correct method would be Install Windows, fully update Windows, Install Intel Drivers, restart, install AMD drivers, restart."

I followed all the steps that you have recommended, but nothing has changed. Problems arise when I install the AMD video driver.

After a few restarts of the PC, the situation seems normal (photo 1), but looking at the GPU-Z sensors I realized that the dedicated video card does not work, not even looking at some videos in Full HD on youtube (photo 2).

I also tried to disable the integrated Intel video card, but the resolution is reduced to 800x600 and Radeon Settings tells me that there is no AMD video drivers installed.

I'm beginning to think it may be a hardware problem of the R5..
