R9 280 gpu clock not at default speed when gaming.

I updated to the latest 16.11.1 drivers.

At first the idle core clock was hitting 300mhz and Mem Clock at 150mhz

GPU on load aka gaming was hitting default speed of 933mhz core clock and 1250mhz mem clock.

Today I notice core clock idling at 501mhz and mem clock idling at 1250mhz.

Whats worse is that the Core Clock on load will only hit 827mhz and not the default 933mhz.

All my details are in the attached file copied directly from the AMD Radeon Settings app and image for GPU-Z.

If your reply starts with "Red M&M", I will have known that you have checked my attachment and not typing something silly like "What are your system specs"
