I'm encountering an issue where my screen will randomly flicker when on my desktop, almost like a strobe light. This flickering randomly happens throughout the day, and Youtube and other video players seem to aggravate it even more. If I was to playback video in Media Player Classic Home Cinema, or even just use Youtube in any browser, it flickers really fast, and consistently. Even if I'm not using Youtube, or using a browser, or playing videos, it also happens.
This card is recently new, as I just bought it last month brand new in the box, and I've never had any issues like this with any of my other AMD cards. I've looked for help on reddit and found help from someone who suggested an older driver version which was (16.8.3), but if I go back to that I lose support for my Windows 10 Xbox app games, but at the same time I have no black screen issues with that driver.
