Switchable Graphics is not working, drivers does not install.
I'm running Windows 10 64-bit on an Acer Aspire 5553G. This computer has been set to Discrete mode in Bios on the graphics because the Enabled Switchable Graphic function does not work. When it is enabled the computer becomes really hot, and a message appears who says that the AMD graphics driver is missing. When the computer is set to Discrete, it only enables 1GB of graphical memory. The correct version of AMD Catalyst is installed, and it does not show the Switchable Graphics option. As far as I can see then, the drivers can not be installed for some reason. I've tried to uninstall Windows preinstalled drivers and reinstall it manually, but it still doesn't work. Is there any new drivers coming up to support Switchable Graphics of 4GB instead of 1GB to Windows 10? If not, what can I do to fix this? Is there anything to do at all?
