Dual display issue

The wallpaper covers the icon s and cursor if I choose "Extended Displays". It doesn't matter if it is an image or a plain solid colour it is impossible to continue working as you can't see what is happening or what you're doing. Running windows 10 x64 with a H61M/U3S3 motherboard and Sapphier 4GB AND R7 PCI-e VGA Card.

I am trying to set up dual displays for working with Photoshop. It is a common practice and perfectly feasible thing to do.

Can anybody help me please.

Thank you,

Mal
