    amd catalyst not starting

      Good afternoon,

I own a sony vaio laptop. About a month ago, my hard disk drive (HDD) was destroyed resulting to data loss. The HDD was replaced with a new 500GB SSD HDD. Obviously, windows 10, programs and drivers had to be installed. However, the Catalyst Control Center doesn't start. I right click on the desktop and click the amd ccc option. I get an error message. The error message is in Greek, so this is the translation in English: Could not start the AMD Control Center. There are not currently other settings that you can configure through the AMD Catalyst Control Center.

Furthermore, about an hour ago a new windows update was installed and made my desktop icons look terribly distorted. I want to change the resolution, but I can't.

My GPU is AMD Radeon HD 7500M/7600M series, as said in the device manager. Version Please inform me if further information is required. Your support is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance...
