Clocks not going down in idle randomly.

      Hello guys,

      This is driving me crazy.

Using 280x for 2 years, no problems, doing great.

Now, I have a problem : clocks stay at 501/1550mhz in idle, with 0% activity on GPU.

So far I've been able to reproduce it sometimes : every time I move the mouse to wake up the screen, image comes up and clocks are not going idle after that.

Rebooting fixes it...until next time screen goes to sleep.

Been getting that for a while now, at least 3 months. Reinstalled W10, tried multiple versions of the drivers, but didn't feel like rolling back 4 or 5 versions.

Still better than the bug there was some versions ago where the screen wouldn't wake...

      [Edit]

Doesn't happen 100% of the time so I modified.

      Even harder to isolate.
