Hi,this issue still exists in 16.10.2 in my case.

This is the step how to re-produced the issue :

1.In MPC-HC 64bit, enable LAV0.68.1 + DXVA2 Copy-Back mode

2.Play a DXVA enabled video(the video must longer than 15 min.) for about 10~15 minutes.

3.While video is still playing, click on time-slider bar to roll-back to early time point.

Then it freezes MPC-HC.

This is my LAV setting :

The good part is this did not cause driver crash or fan 100% or PC freezes. I can use PC normally after forcing to terminate MPC-HC process.

Also DXVA2 Native mode has no issue.

I had reported it to AMD Issue Form, I post it here if anyone have DXVA issue can notice this part.
