Trying to use AMD's SATA controller instead of Marvel

Ever since I've upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I've been having some really bad performance problems.

After finally doing a bit of inspection, I noticed the System Interupts process showing up.

I opened up device Manager and found out that the Marvel 91xx SATA controller is constantly failing to start.

So after trying to manually install the Driver from the AMD folder, windows disallowed me from doing so by saying the marvel was up to date... even if it wasn't functional.

I uninstalled the device drivers and deleted the software from the device. Now I am trying to figure out how to manually install it when I don't see the aschii controller on my device manager.
