Bad FPS quite a few players reported this
The title basically is a fill most you can type of game. E.g. it buffers as much as need an as it would like to. Up-to Full HD (1920x1080) an up-to 3GB graphics card of decent caliber will do the job just fine really. 4GB is your best bet and target for 2560x1440 though, especially at the best image quality settings VRAM eats away a large portion of whatever is available. If you want to play Ultra quality with Ultra HD as preferred monitor resolution, that 4GB is the minimum (unless you are comfortable to twiddle around a little with AA settings etc). this a link to the same website Battlefield 1 PC graphics benchmark review - Graphics card performance 1080p . they were getting like 90 fps+ in 1080p ultra using your gpu. they probably using better cpu but that shouldn't be anything to do with your terrible frame rate.
try checking your internet connection,
it may also be the Battlefield servers bandwidth getting swamped by new players.
careful of this Render scale at 42% is what you should keep it on to keep it on 100% above 42% is super sampling so i wouldn't recommend it.
this render scale can cripple your gpu if its set all way to the right as it will be rendering in a much higher screen resolution to what is actually displayed
this is also happening with NVidia gpu`s to check this out Battlefield 1 Sudden FPS Drops (Stuttering) GTX 1060 - YouTube .
