Use a program such as CoreTemp or AIDA64 and make sure you are reading the core temperature, not socket.
One might find the information on the same or similar processor. After all, it is a processor with TDP of 95W, high temperature is quite normal for such processors. But for my experiences, most temperatures of AMD processors read by sensors are far from the real one. So I could give you some suggestions, you can use HWMonitor, HWINFO64 and/or AIDA64 to read the temperatures based on sensors. But the values from them are not exactly the real ones! You can also open up the case, and check whether the fan is working normally? Is the heat sink very hot?
But if your computer could work without problems, I guess anything goes well, without needing to worry about anything!
