Win10 Pro 64

FirePro Sapphire w600

This system was installed in early March 2016 and has ran perfectly until today (10/20/2016).

I get this error upon boot but everything seems to be working OK (all 6 monitors work, no BSOD).

I've seen some earlier posts (January 2016) about a new drive but I have to believe that has been done by now.

What should I do?
