My monitor Samsung S24D391HL/EN only supports 60 Hz. But when I open AMD Radeon Settings, preferences,Radeon Additional Settings,My Digital Flat Panels,Properties the driver detects 75 Hz as maximum refresh rate which is unsupported. In the Windows Control Panel the maximum refresh rate of my monitor is correctly detected 60 Hz. I attached the screenshots. I currently have an issue with waving/flickering colours sometimes at boot. Here is an example of the issue from someone else who also has an XFX RX480: RX480 problem with 144hz? - YouTube Could it be related to the incorrect refresh rate detected by the driver an the correct one in Windows Control Panel?
