    Update Drivers

Running Windows 7 64 based system.

I'm trying to update my AMD Radeon R7 200 Series graphics drivers.  As of now I have version : 16.4.1 AMD says there is an update available (16.9.2).  I tried using Device Manager to update it, but it says it is up to date.  I tried using the AMD Radeon Settings app, but it keeps saying "Cannot connect to the AMD Web Service"  I know there is an update available, obviously, but I cannot get the app to update.  I have also been getting an error that pops up randomly on my desktop.  I have attached a screenshot of the error.  I am not sure which driver to download on this page: Desktop .  Do I download the Hotfix?  Or just the updated driver,?  Also, once I have it downloaded, could someone please instruct me how to update the driver manually?  Do I need to uninstall the old driver first?  Or is there a program that will automatically update the drivers?  As I said I tried using Device Manager but it says it is already up to date.

Sorry for the basic question, but I want to be sure to do it correctly.  If you need any further information, please ask

PS..I searched the questions in this forum and found one that is similar to my issue so I will answer that questions here:  Yes, my WU is up to date.
