If these are the correct driver for my laptop,
I've chosen the right drivers,
but why my "dxdiag" just inform that R7 graphic i'v installed??
did i doing something wrong about the installation?
sure i thought my laptop spec is good enough to run dota 2 without any trouble
but in case im playing dota 2 in lowest graphics my FPS stuck at 29-30 FPS

If you have "optimized" the game through raptr...you probably have the graphics settings at ultra-maximum. They override any settings you may have set in the Crimson control panel and game. Try deleting raptr entirely.... How to remove raptr/gaming evolved then take a screenshot of your Crimson settings for the game and also your in-game settings.
Your computer power plan should be "High Performance" as should your Graphics card power.
