I downloaded the latest drivers but nothing stops the screen tears
open crimson drivers, go to gaming. IN Global Graphics set Frame Rate Target Control to maximum refresh rate of your monitor/TV 60Hz for America, 50Hz for Europe but most TVs and monitors work with both. This only works in full screen not windowed mode. If you still getting some screen tearing lower the setting to 59-58 or 49-48. You may get the odd tear but most of it should be gone. Tearing shouldn't be a problem on much higher refresh monitors 120-144Hz. I have only tried the new crimson drivers with my RX480 so don't know if this option is available to you.
The only other way to remove screen tearing is to buy a high refresh monitor 120-144Hz probably with free sync if you want rock solid graphics.
it didn't do anything for me

screen tearing only happens above the refresh rate of your monitor, make vertical sync so it is always on that will lock your screen at its refresh rate, can cause more problems at lower refresh rates but give it a try. Here's a link that will give you more information on screen tearing causes and solutions. Everything you always wanted to know about FreeSync... - YouTube
I I don't have a freesync monitor, so the freesync mode is not available to me. I turned vertical refresh on, and tried all sorts of HZ refresh rates and drivers, and I can't get a clear picture on Youtube or premier. Forget games WANT TO WATCH YOUTUBE WITH NO TEARS! It was fine before I wiped my PC, now I can't get it to stop, can anybody help!
