Help me trobleshooting AMD M200x series

So a few weeks ago, around the time when the Windows anniversary update was rolling out, i experienced strange crashes when i was playing League of Legends. My screen would turn into a random colour with vertical white stripes. All i could do is diconnect the power and restart. I could not find the cause of this issue so i tested several benchmarking tools until i found SiSoft Sandra Lite. I could reproduce those crashes by running the Financial Benchmark using OpenCL on my GPU, so i figured there might be something wrong with it's drivers. But updating the Drivers did not help and reinstalling Windows did nothing either.

I also tried installing Windows 7 but windows update refused to work and i could not install Sandra Lite. But i don't have a Windows 7 key anyways.

I checked the temps so i know it is not overheating and i think it is either a software problem or my GPU is simply dead although it is perfectly fine doing anything else.

I am running out of ideas so any help is appreciated.

      My system:

      Radeon Softwareversion - 16.7.3

      Radeon Software Edition - Crimson

      AMD Radeon R9 M200X Series 1024 MB GDDR5 @775 MHz

      Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)

      8 GB DDR3 RAM

      Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50GHz
