I was chatting on Facebook with one of the official AMD pages (polish one) and they told me to write post on this forum.
They said that "qualified team" gives answers there. I'm confused now.
Don't be confused. Use the links I furnished you. There are different forums for you to choose from....the Developers forum is for more technical questions such as yours.....This user-to-user forum is basically a gaming forum for users to help one another.
Currently there are a couple AMD employees who participate in this forum and try to help AMD customers whenever possible. They are "amdmatt" and "ray_m". This is still a User's Forum however. If you need direct AMD customer support you need to file a Support Ticket at the link below.
... and when you do contact support, you need to cross your fingers, close your eyes, and give the secret incantation in hopes that someone actually reads your message... Then, if they do, they'll tell you to file your report with another web form, which only gets a reply from an email bot telling you they already responded and you haven't answered them for ten days, so the ticket is closed and you need to re-contact them! How helpful!
Sorry, maybe I'm still a little peeved, although from what I've read I'm not the only one to get that kind of answer.
This is a user-to-user forum. Obviously, no user has a answer. You can ask AMD > Email Form
If this is some technical mumbo jumbo, you might try the developers forum > Devgurus
